Brandi is the responsible Broker for J & M Real Estate Group & Property Management. She brings over 22 years of multi-family experience to our team in the acquisition, disposition and transition management to our team.  She leads our Property Management division through the purchases and onboarding of our new multi-family and commercial property management clients.  She is an expert in both commercial and multi-family sales and management bringing a long list of property management certifications and designations. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, she also holds a Rural Development STAR 515 designation and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, Association Management Specialist and a Certified Manager of Community Associations. 

Her skills and expertise have lead the company to grow exponentially over the years.  She has a passion to grow her portfolio by growing and promoting her team to excel in the industry and provide exceptional services to our clients and team members. 

As a native of Vermillion, SD, Brandi is thrilled to bring her experience back to the communities we serve in IA, NE and SD. 

Kris Fowler Brown has spent her entire life living in Sioux City and Dakota Dunes. She attended Morningside College and spent the next 20 years raising a family and volunteering in the community. Kris has been selling Real Estate for the last 14 years, consistently a multi-million dollar producer. Kris looks forward to working with her many friends and clients, while using her expertise in the community and passion for working with those wanting to relocate to the area or wanting to take advantage of a great market and low interest rates.

Jean joined the J & M team January 2021.  She brings over a decade of sales experience with her and is a great addition to our team.  She works with all homebuyers and sellers and loves to make her clients' dreams a reality.

Talli Poulsen has been passionate about real estate most of her life.   She always knew she wanted to help others find their dream home. Looking at houses has been her favorite pastime for a long time.   Talli and her family have called Siouxland home for the past 11 years after moving to the area from California.  She grew up overseas mostly in Japan and Korea but has also lived in Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Michigan, California and now South Dakota.  She loves traveling, running, shopping, sushi and the beach.  She has been married to her husband Jeremy for 27 years and they have 4 children. She is excited to turn her love for real estate into helping others find their dream home.
